Samsung galaxy S III- A human friendly superphone?

Samsung galaxy S III, the fiery successor to the globally popular Galaxy S II ,created quite a buzz when it was unveiled on 3 May 2012 in London. Touted as the next big thing in the smartphone arena, the company did not leave any stone unturned for the promotion of their human friendly Android superphone.

With its nature inspired theme and catchy one liner, "made for humans, inspired by nature", Samsung didn't just speak, it actually incorporated some out of the box features into the phone, so lets have a look at them:-

1) POP UP AND PLAY- While playing a video, if you suddenly get a text message or want to browse the net or read an important email, just click on the bottom right hand side of your screen. Your video would pop out and keep playing, while you can do your tasks without pausing or stopping the video! You can even move around that video on the screen as per your convenience.

2) S VOICE- Considered as the twin brother of Siri, it uses natural language recognition to set an alarm, browse the net, get the weather report and much more.

3) TAP TO TOP-  This feature allows you to move to the top of the screen in case you are in the middle of a web page or at the bottom of the contact list by just tapping the top of the phone(beware! not the top of your screen).

4) SMART STAY-  The front facing camera of the phone keeps an eye on you and keeps the screen on while you are looking at it, but as soon as you look away, the screen dims out.

5) SMART ALERT-  Just keep your phone away for a few hours(if you can) and when you'll pick it up, it'll vibrate to notify you of missed calls and messages that need your attention.

6) DIRECT CALL- While messaging someone, just lift the phone up to your ear, it'll call that person!

7) S BEAM- Just tap your S III with another phone having S Beam and you'll be able to transfer files at an enormous speed!

8) ALL SHARE PLAY-  This system allows you to share the screen and media of your phone with other S III users or DLNA devices.

9) BUDDY PHOTO SHARE- Take a picture of your buddies, the phone will automatically recognize your friends using face detection and instantly email or MMS the picture to all the friends in that pic.

These unique features certainly make Galaxy S III stand out, but ultimately its upon you to decide!
